Durant la Première Guerre mondiale, un enfant illégitime du Kaiser allemand, qui avait grandi aux États-Unis et ressemblait étonnamment à son frère, le prince héritier, est envoyé en Allemagne comme espion pour assassiner l'un après l'autre le Kaiser et son fils
